I have lived here a very long time, like years. And I have to say, I've been through the good and the bad over the years, as far as the staff and property maintenance. Once Josh came in as the manager, things got better. And since Josh has brought in David, I can honestly say 1000% this is the best place! Josh and David are such a great team together, Josh stays on top of everything as the manager, and David is so sweet and kind, he goes above and beyond, he's literally always taking care of something here, never see him standing still for long. I really hope these two stay on board because they have made such a huge difference for this community. The new cleaning lady, Jessica, is doing a great job, and Larry in maintenance takes care of things that need fixing. I've seen in some of the reviews that people mention bugs, and there did used to be a problem, but honestly since Josh and David have taken over, I haven't seen any issue with bugs. If you need an extended stay, or even if you're just staying a week, I highly recommend this place. Close to everything, and I always feel safe here.

Everyone is so friendly. David is so kind. He has helped out my husband and I with a lot of things. Like we had problems with the TV and they were fixed. I recommend this place to anyone who is staying in the Knoxville area. Tennessee in general is so nice. Everyone is so polite.

Me and my boyfriend moved here in September of 2024 , from another city for job opportunities. When first arriving we came across this hotel and decided to make it our temporary housing until being able to find different housing to , so to speak, plant our roots. Since arriving, we have been treated with nothing but above and beyond experiences by the staff, Josh, David, as well as the maintenance staff Larry. This hotel is a very safe environment, clean always and the staff always goes above and beyond on any issue we may pop up. I've worked in customer service majority of my career, and can definitely say hands down , these guys have exceeded the expectations of great customer service. I'd without hesitation recommend this hotel to anyone looking for short term or long term stays! Thank you for making us feel welcome and reminding me that there are people who still care about great customer experiences!

Long time resident, thought it was about time I leave a review. First, the staff: Josh the manager is great, very nice, and takes care of any issues that might come up. David, I can't say enough about him, he's always on the go around here, taking care of things, front desk, cleaning the parking lot, cleaning rooms when the cleaning people aren't here, helping guests with anything they need help with, and always so nice and sweet to everyone. Jessica that cleans rooms is very sweet and always working hard. The maintenance man Larry gets to any repairs ASAP. And the courtesy office keeps things safe at night. The rooms are clean, many of them are updated now. And there's no pest issues that I have seen. I said all that to say this - if you were here before and had a bad experience, you should come back and try again. With David, and Josh, this place really is great now, whether you're just staying for a week or you're looking for a longer, extended stay.

David keck and Josh wagers are truly incredible they are extremely sweet! The rooms are very nice and clean. The customer service that these two gentleman gave me today is the best customer service I have had in an extremely long time they helped me get into a room that is the best fit for my family the prices are not bad at all! I would recommend coming here if you’re looking for a hotel or even a place to call home for a while. This place doesn’t feel like a hotel it feels more like an apartment!
